| 20th April 2006 - Dover Lifeboat participated in a demonstration exercise to mark the launch of fifteen specialist firefighting Maritime INcident Response Group (MIRG) teams. Thes teams will be ready to deploy to fires aboard ships around the coast of the UK. Transport Secretary Alistair Darling and others watched the exercise from the Dover Coastguard Station at Langdon. | ||||
